Our company formation package is a complete set of statutory records to enable you to open the company bank account and start trading. The fee is competitively priced at £125 + VAT and is usually formed by the next day. We can also advise on the merits of different classes of share, enhanced voting rights, and company structure.

We are able to provide at our premises a registered office address, separate from the company’s trading address or the director’s home address, and also act as Company Secretary, if required.

The company secretarial compliance service includes the completion and filing of all required forms, including company annual returns, the update and maintenance of statutory registers and the completion of minutes of both members’ and directors’ meetings.
