Bookkeeping and VAT preparation

A bookkeeping service is offered whereby we can maintain the accounting records from information supplied. This can be coupled to the production of periodic accounts, monthly, quarterly etc., together with relevant advice on the progression of the business and on the position with the bank. Where appropriate, we can also prepare the statutory VAT Returns for submission to H.M. Revenue & Customs.

This service is tailored to the clients’ requirements dependent upon how involved they wish to be with the book keeping records. Where clients maintain their own records to a greater or lesser degree we can assist in checking their correctness and in bringing them up to date. VAT Returns can also be completed using the clients’ own records.

We are experienced with most of the proprietary book keeping systems, both manual and computerised and can offer assistance to clients using these systems.
