Robert Tippett FCCA
I obtained a BA (Hons) degree in accountancy from Huddersfield University before gaining a training contract with a Doncaster accountancy practice. I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002, and became managing partner of Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in 2007. I have managed the business through a sustained period of change and growth, which now puts the firm in a position to offer owner managed businesses of all sizes a complete accounting package.

I have considerable experience with owner managed businesses, from sole traders through partnerships and LLP’s to larger £5 million plus turnover, limited companies. I also deal with member associations and charities.

I have a particular interest and expertise in tax planning for both individuals and companies, together with a belief that I should always be available to offer help and advice.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and socialising with friends.

David V Bland FCA
I qualified with a national firm of accountants in 1977 and have spent my entire working life as a general practitioner. I have a wealth of experience in accounting, tax and the problems faced by owner managed businesses of all sizes, which is invaluable in advising clients regarding both business and personal financial matters.

Away from the office I have a passion for sailing and classic motorcycles.

Russell Holmes ACCA
I graduated from Nottingham Business School with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (Accounting & Finance) in 2007 before continuing my professional training with an owner managed firm in central Doncaster, with whom I had already gained 15 months experience during a placement from university in 2005/6. I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in 2008 and completed my professional exams, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2010. I have accumulated a wealth of experience dealing with owner managed businesses over the years and am adept in a variety of areas from sole trader accounts and personal tax to company audits.

Much of my spare time is devoted to personal fitness and well-being, and I am actively involved in a variety of sports ranging from trail running to weight-lifting.

Sarah Holroyd
I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in February 2008 after gaining 20 years of accountancy experience in industry and practice. My work encompasses payroll, bookkeeping, VAT returns and the preparation of accounts.

In my spare time I enjoy dining out, socialising with friends and spending quality time with my family.

Beverley Wilburn
I was born and educated in Doncaster, entering the accountancy profession in 1990. I have worked in both industry and practice giving me a solid base for my current work within the company. I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in 2008, and I have worked on site at one of our client’s premises since then, providing a comprehensive accountancy and book keeping service.

In my spare time I’ve enjoy going to the theatre with friends (mainly comedy plays) and of course, love spending time with my family.

Joanne Bugdol
I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in August 2008. Previously I was with H M Revenue & Customs for 19 years, doing both Self-Assessment and PAYE. In the last few years at the Revenue I specialised in Compliance and Enquiries into Tax returns.

At Leesing Marrison Lee & Co, I advise on personal tax, together with aspects of PAYE.

At home, I enjoy going to the gym, Zumba and spending time with my family in our camper van. I am married and have 2 daughters. One is an aspiring Olympic gymnast, whilst the eldest, is an accomplished shopaholic!!

Helen Li
Having graduated from the University of Warwick with a Mathematics degree, I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in September 2009 as an ACCA trainee. My work involves the preparation of company accounts, VAT returns, payroll and making nice cups of coffee.

When not busy working or studying, I enjoy rock climbing, going to the gym, travelling and Moto GP.

Zoe Smith
I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in September 2008 after leaving 6th form where I successfully obtained 4 A levels. During my time at Leesing Marrison Lee & Co, I have completed the AAT qualification and am now studying towards achieving ACCA. My main role within the company is preparation of company accounts, however other responsibilities also include Sage bookkeeping and payroll.

I live with my fiancé and am currently saving up to get married. I am also a helper at a local unit for 5-7 year olds.

Emma Wilson
I have achieved 3 A-Levels, including an A-Level in accounting, whilst at sixth form and successfully obtained Level 2 AAT through home study. I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in September 2011, where I am continuing to study towards the full AAT qualification before progressing to ACCA. My current role includes accounts preparation and bookkeeping.

Outside work I enjoy reading, socialising and going to concerts.

Jessica Gee
After completing my NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, I joined Leesing Marrison Lee & Co in October 2011. I am currently studying towards my NVQ level 3 in Business Administration and my main duties include receiving incoming calls and managing filing systems, together with facilitating the smooth running of the office.

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with my family.
